Join our nutritionist Chris for fun fitness and nutritional tips.
These sessions will run weekly and begin on:
Every Monday from 19th April, 3:45pm to 4:30pm at Woodlands Park.
Every Thursday from 22nd April, 3:45pm to 4:30pm at Cascades Field.
