Get moving again with our FREE weekly exercise classes.
Whether you’re looking to take the first steps into getting fitter or you want to challenge yourself each week, our sessions are designed to help you meet your goals. These new sessions run from Monday 14th September until the week of 16th November (inclusive) and are FREE.
We have small classes (max 7 people), brand new equipment and our resident trainer will also provide nutritional information and support, so you can tailor your diet too.
Sessions run on:
Mondays 4pm – 5pm at the Grand.
Wednesdays 11am – 12:30pm at the Grand.
Thursdays 6:30pm – 7:30pm at the Grand.
