Melt away stress and anxiety with our new yoga sessions taking place at the Grand.
The session begins on Tuesday 3rd November from 10am to 11am, running weekly until Tuesday 24th November.
The session will help with anxiety and improving your wellbeing.
There is a £5 suggested donation.
