Whether you’re looking to take the first steps into getting fitter or you want to challenge yourself each week, our online sessions are designed to help you meet your goals. These new sessions run online from Wednesday 13th January and are FREE.
Our resident trainer will also provide nutritional information and support, so you can tailor your diet too.
