    Our Free Exercise Classes, are specially designed for beginners and those new to fitness.

    Mondays from 14 April

    Class 1 - 12:15pm - 1pm

    Class 2 - 1:15pm - 2pm.

    Tuesdays from 15 April

    Class 1 - 10:30am - 11:15am

    Class 2 - 11:20am - 12:15pm.

    Thursdays from 17th April

    Class 1 - 10:30am - 11:15am

    Class 2 - 11:30am-12:15pm.
