Our healthy living centre works with people aged from 9 to 90 years old. Our award winning GYG youth service gives young people FREE creative activities after school to help build confidence and help young people make friends.

There’s bucket loads for adults too; free exercise and yoga classes, basic English classes and adult singing groups - all designed to help people feel better, feel connected and improve wellbeing - while having a lot of fun!

Six people per team, bring your own snacks, bar open for drinks all evening.

All ticket fees and money raised from raffle go to supporting the activities and services we provide for community and youth projects.

FREE Basic English Language Classes

Our English Classes are FREE weekly sessions, designed to teach people how to speak and read a basic level of English.

The classes are fun, friendly and led by a qualified tutor.

Featuring interactive lessons and real life conversations.

Wednesdays at Guru Nanak Wellbeing Centre.

Our youth programme is designed to support young people’s mental health and wellbeing, develop skills for their futures, create friendships and have fun!

Our unique approach to youth work brings together qualified youth workers and creative professionals from the arts and the health sectors.

We work with One You Kent to provide all kinds of wellbeing support, including 121 health advice from lifestyle advisors.

One Voice Community Singers

Our adult choir is unique. You don’t even need any singing experience.

This is a great way to boost your happiness, make friends and learn from professional performer Charlie Fights and musician Daniel Johnson.
