Supporting you to learn, grow, and make positive changes for your wellbeing

Our healthy living centre works with people aged from 9 to 90 years old. Our award winning GYG youth service gives young people FREE creative activities after school to help build confidence and help young people make friends.

There’s bucket loads for adults too; free exercise and yoga classes, basic English classes and adult singing groups - all designed to help people feel better, feel connected and improve wellbeing - while having a lot of fun!
